The Release Of Nokia X5

HMD Global continues to expand the line of Nokia smartphones and last week the X5 was released. Prior to the release of Nokia X6, the company sought to earn big on its products, so they marked up the price on them. But under the onslaught of competitors, HMD had to moderate its expectations, which led to the Nokia X6 and Nokia X5 being set at adequate prices.

So it is not surprising that users outside of China wanted to purchase these new products. Without a survey, HMD Global initially decided that the Nokia X5 will be available in the global market and the company’s chief executive Juho Sarvikas confirmed the quick arrival of the model via his Twitter account. Unfortunately, the exact date of the release of the novelty outside of China was not announced.

It is assumed that in the international market the smartphone will be known as Nokia 5.1 Plus and will retain all the characteristics of its Chinese counterpart. This device, which has a 5.86-inch screen with a resolution of 1520×720 pixels, 8-core chip Helio P60, 3/4 GB of RAM and internal storage of 32/64 GB. Equipped with a 8-megapixel front camera, dual rear camera 13 MP + 5 MP, battery capacity of 3060 mAh and USB Type-C connector. In China, Nokia X5 is being sold from $148, but there is no information on the price on the global market.
